Thebigheads I don't think taking twice as much will do what you're hoping it will do, I'm afraid it's the awful word that is so hard to hear TIME that will do it. Remember it's working on your brain a little at a time over and over again every time you reach for a drink. Believe me I wish there was a fast button to move all of us further along than where we are, but I remember we didn't get here overnight either.

I know. I just worry about the damage I'm doing in the mean time. Was doing it anyway though! It actually surprises me how compliant I am. After being told by the Dr. that alcoholics generally dont comply... (cause we're all morons who enjoy killing ourselves and hurting everyone we love...)
I actually feel scared to drink w/o it anymore. That alone is amazing to me. I see it working. I feel the shift happening. Just don't want to do anything to mess it up. I want my life back. So glad to have found you all. Be well.
