Hi, I'll be interested to read about how you get on. I have sometimes thought of trying LDN, not because I have any ailment (luckily!) I'd like to treat but just out of curiosity. If I understand you, you're taking 4mg every night before bed and 12.5 mg on drinking nights, is that right?
Hi Curi

Yes, since I posted, I indeed have been taking up to 4.5ml at night... AND also testing up to 4.5ml in the morning.
I feel so good its hard to describe. It licked the coffee habit from 14 cups daily to about 4. Great mood, focused, more energy, and way less large joint pain. I'm still taking the 1/4 tab Nal on my drinking nights, and it seems to work great with 4 hours spaced between the lowdose TSM and the LDN.
Currently I'm holding steady at 4ml am & 4ml pm with no issues. I may lower it a smidge if the midnight wakeup continues.
Regarding the day up-regulation and diminished cravings..
Maybe.. honestly I didn't want to get so re-addicted to what I used to be like.. like wake up with my arm hanging in the toilet.. Yeah, I have felt less cravings in the day, I'm still in guinea pig testing

so far I haven't increased the 1/4tab dose but I should, it's time.
About the diet changes..
I'm on the most boring, strict diet.. chicken, oatmeal, olive oil, plain rice, fish, milk, basil flakes, salt, coffee or decaf tea.
A bit of sugar in anything gets a small reaction. Ripe fruits, cheeses, most veggies- off the menu.
Still testing real butter. Margarine had soybean in it, had reaction. I hope real butters okay- because olive oil in morning oatmeal is disgusting!
Everything else seems to trigger a response within an hour, including wheat, yeast, soys, sulfite products, and little things like paint thinner, sunscreen lip balm, and stress. I do react to hard alcohol a little, vodka seems the least so far. I'm hoping the LDN will regulate my immune system SOON, because I can't afford to lose weight on this picky diet.
