Just out of curiosity, if i take naltrexone 1 hr prior to drinking, and it does turn into a full blown spree where first thing in the AM its straight to off-licence for more alcohol, and impossible to wait 1hr, what then?

I am also on campral daily for cravings but what ive found is that when a drink turns into an alcoholic spree, the next day i wont even remember to take my campral or anything, its just drink drink drink drink drink...

I never ever want that to happen to me again but im just curious incase it did while on TSM (although my 2 experiences have been great in that i havent desired alcohol upon waking what-so-ever), but just asking as a precaution

If you carry on drinking within 12 hours just take another dose, if you can wait do so but it'll probably be fine since some Nal will still be on your receptors.
