I'm coming up on my one month mark (4 weeks).
On the one hand, I find that I do not think about running out for a shot in the afternoon when I start feeling pressured and anxious, like I used to. On the other, I feel like I could go on like this (~10u per night) forever... (or until my health fails).
I don't really remember from the book, but what does it (and you) say about actively planning to take AF days. Should it be done? Should I try 2u nights first? What's the strategy?
I'm sure since I've been steady around 10u I can expect a fun night and day after, after cutting back.
