I've just been doing this for a few days. I notice that my pace of drinking dramatically slows while on the naltrexone, but as the hours go by, I'm more likely to approximate "chug one reach for another" behavior. Is it helpful to take a "booster" dose of, for instance, half a tablet after several hours?
