I drink every day, and continue to take naltexone. So a do take baclofen most every night. I had in the past used zanax for sleeping but as it is a benzo Dr Eskapa suggests it is incompatible with the program TSM. The use of benzos may possibly negate the success of naltrexone with the TSM. As I wrote before, there is much info about baclofen, check out LoOp's threads. His use is different than mine. I also had a prescription for ambien and also some other sleep med, but I personally have had successful sleeps with baclofen. We all are so different chemistries, I hope your kind concern for your husband finds him a nice sleep. I also have successful sleeps using antihistamine pills. There is another web site MyWayOut.org there are many other discussions there too about alcoholism, you might enjoy reading there too.
