Is anyone else here on antidepressants? I'm picking up my Nal today and starting TSM, but I'm concerned that it will block the effect of my Zoloft (Sertraline) and I will fall into a deep depression. I will be taking my Nal in the late afternoon and my Zoloft in the mornings. Have any of you dealt with this? Any comments or advice would be helpful. Also, could someone walk me through how to chart my progress on here? Thanks!

I have been on NAL for 2 weeks now and am on Mirtazapine. For a few days I felt very low, but feel not so bad now. That was my big fear that I would have to choose between the two!

Going to talk to a doctor on Friday about it, so will let you know.

From what I have read , it does not block the effects of antidepressants , I am on Lexapro and have no problems with the mix . I take lex in the morning Nal at night . Of course I still feel like crap in the morning because of the drink . All the best . J.
