Has anyone noticed fatigue as a result of TSM? If I drink moderately, say 4 or 5 US units I'm fine the next day. 6 to 8, and I'm just wiped out until mid afternoon. Not hung over, just plain tired. Is this just part of the extinction process?
Thanks,

I started NAL on Monday 12 Jan. I have slept really well and enjoying the sleep. I am fine during the day.

I was on Baclofen. I could not tolerate the side effects, blurred vision and not sleeping at all ...all night!

I am not a doctor but I think the tiredness should wear off once your body gets used to it.

Pre-TSM 120 UK units per week.

Not really been tracking as I do it in my head.

Units at the moment approx 9-13 UK units per day.

From 12/7/15 will be decreasing.

I've noticed the same thing. It may be simply that this is the sedative effect of alcohol without the opiod "buzz".

it could just be your version of a Nal-over. it sounds like good aversion therapy though - it might be worth trying to stick to 4-5 drinks if you can, it won't harm the extinction process

Hey Badger, I notice that your units are up consistently since you started. I'm having the same issue. 51 this past week, 41 the week before. I always end up somewhere between 40 to 50, which is more than when I started in October. I have a theory about this which is just an opinion. I think I'm probably much less addicted from where I was at the beginning, but subconsciously I'm using TSM as a license to drink and making no effort other than sticking to the Golden Rule. I never had withdrawal symptoms in the past, so I'm not worried about that. I'm going to try an AF week and see what happens. I'll have NAL with me just in case, but I just want to see if there is underlying progress that I have not allowed to come to the surface. ~ Retread

Many informational communities are made where people come from various forums to help. Hence there is the need of assignmentmasters.co.uk review this link that is more suitable in works.
