More or less. But what if you have a craving everytime after the 12 hours? What will you do? I suppose you will answer take the nal. But then i would say, if you are always mindfull after 12 hours, then perhaps you dont have a problem at all with drinking in the first place? If you can be mindfull one time, you can be mindfull whenever you want rigth? If you are in control or mindfull or whatever, why TSM? Why drink?
