Hello, I just received my naltrexone yesterday and I am playing on starting TSM today. I had a question regarding pharmacological extinction as it applies to alcohol and activities I enjoy doing which usually involve alcohol.. Specifically golf, sex, clubbing, etc. If I use naltrexone to help unlearn my addiction to alcohol, could it possibly interfere with my enjoyment of these other, positive experiences?
