Looking at someone else's units really doesn't mean much. Men and women process alcohol differently, and it's really about blood alcohol which is dependent on body weight.

Someone's change through time in perhaps meaningful to others, but you don't need a standard measurement to see that.

That is correct all41 however I have noticed since converting mine (in my head) to US units, that I'm not much different to other members here, except I would guzzle all mine in one or two sessions rather than spread out over 7 days.

That is definitely an important distinction in terms of risk.

Glad to see I wasn't the only person confused by this! It seems if I use some converters, I drink hardly anything. If I use others I drink a lot! Then some aslo use my gender and the units go even higher... I think I'm going to just measure in "drinks" for simplicity sake ;)

Morgan,

Since this forum reaches across the globe tracking intake can be very confusing.

I live in the U.S. so I use the standards for the U.S.

Tracking is tracking and as long as you are seeing progress it doesn't matter. The tracking is for you and you a lone.

When you first start TSM you notice that your intake decreases, and after the honeymoon period it increases. Being able to see that it never goes up past pre-nal. levels is encouraging, for as time marches on you can look back and see that fact.

I was very confused at first and I think most of us were.

Jaba
