 Post subject: how do i know if im a good candidate for the sinclair method

I'm new here. I just had questions about if there is such a thing as a "good candidate" for the Sinclair method? Any genetic dispositions? Style of drinking? Periods of past sobriety? Race? Sex? I just want a little more reinforcement before I try, I guess.

If you're really interested in the genetics, https://www.23andme.com/ has a marker for Naltrexone response (rs1799971) that ranges from "normal" to "substantially higher odds of good clinical outcome". The confidence isn't very high though. (Between 100 and 750 people studied)
