I disagree a bit. Nal+ drink trains your brain that alcohol isn't the fun it used to be. After awhile, you begin to lose interest. But you have to train. I think for the first 2 to 4 months you should take your Nal and "drink as you normally would". For me this was pretty much all it took. I never really had to use will power, and certainly no white knuckling. After 4 months (at the most) of training, then I think it's time to force AF days (if they haven't come on their own). Save your fight for when it'll be most effective: after a few months of Nal + drink. Don't be in a hurry. Relax. You didn't get into this mess overnight, and you won't get out of it overnight either.
