Hey All41,
No cravings on the AF days. Now when I drink I plan to do so, which I guess we all do because of the need to take NAL one hour before. I actually think I could accelerate the extinction but I am just letting the NAL work over time.

There is a lot of fretting and concern about AF days and cravings. A Funny thing happens when you follow TSM for a while. AF days and lack of cravings become the norm, and the outliers are the days when you drink.
