So, Naltrexone makes me feel extremely ill and nauseous - I've read that this is common and it's standard for people to start with 25mg for the first few days and then go to 50mg to acclimate to the side effects.

My question is that if I'm AF for a period of time and then use naltrexone once every week / week and a half, will I have these side effects each time since my body has gone so long without the naltrexone? Would 25mg work alright for this case? (I am ~ 190 lbs.)

Acclimate yourself to 50 mgs, you'll get used to it. Once the side effects go away, they won't come back even if you use it infrequently.
