Hi Magda, most of what this doctor is prescribing for depression has been suggested to me by various practitioners over the years. Basically it is clean living. The changing of music genres is very interesting. I remember some time ago reading about the use of classical music to increase young children's IQ's. I suppose just about any stimuli can affect mood one way or another.

May I be so bold to suggest that you not try to extinguish everything at once. I would be worried about the deprivation effect and your body rebelling. I know that if I tried to give up caffeine right now I'd probably have even more unfavorable side effects that could derail my efforts to moderate my drinking.. Baby steps my dear.. I have to commend you for seeking a healthy life style, though. Take care, Keek

Ha ha, you may and I am taking your advice. I do tend to get overzealous. I would love to be addiction-free, but there's no need to do it overnight.
