again, I'm no pot head. I've had an eighth of an ounce for 1 month and it will take probably 2 weeks to finish........

I use pot after my 4th or 5th unit. I don't particularly like the high, BUT, like Naltrexone, it seems to temper my urge to drink a lot. I have about 2 hits or three (till I feel it) and then I'm fine.

I have to play a gig in FLA tomorrow and return Sunday so I'm not sure if I will be able to temper with pot unless I can find it in FLA but whats the point.....again,...if my units go up a little tomorrow after the gig,...so be it...

My cravings are so low,...I'm am simply dealing with habit. I would say cravings are 2-3 but psychologically speaking, since I'm a Mediterranean drinker, the thought of a day without AL kinda freaks me out. That being said I was hungover the other day,...and as the night progressed, I was no longer sick, but by 11 PM I was craving free and glad to not be drinking. I think I'm a lot closer than I realize....I just see y'all talk about being indifferent to booze. THAT I cannot claim yet.....

OK friends,...best....Wedding season begins in earnest,...2 weeks in a row in FLA then DC. To be cured for this season would make me very happy as it was sometimes kinda hard after a gig slamming drinks,...getting buzzed/drunk and then having to drive (which usually i didn;t but there were 3 instances last year....yikes)
