Before I started drinking again, I was pretty hooked into my AA Home Group. I got my group to go out to eat once or twice a week. I had like 50 or more really good friends. Now I've moved across town. There are a few good groups here, but I am not comfortable going to AA (even open meetings) while I'm still drinking significantly. So I am lonely except for my wife and my dog. I've seen some discussions of Moderation Management groups. I'm also considering going back to a UU church. I live near Plano, TX, so I will be researching MM or any other groups I can find. Open to any input.

Thanks to all for being here.
