Paddy I am so happy for you!! I am coming up on a year (March 3) and am doing well also, haven't gone over 20 drinks in a week I don't think since I started. However, I am a small boned female so 20 drinks is a lot for me. Usually I'm more in the 12-16 per week range with a couple of AF days. I'd like to feel myself a little more free of the "habit" though, before I am ready to say "cured" (whatever that means). But, what I can say without a doubt is that I am SOO much better off than I was before.

If you look at my Signature graph you will see that my drinking is really dropping off! I am virtually losing all interest in alcohol nowadays. I enjoy my Alcohol Free nights more than my drinking nights. It's taken about 13 months for me to really hit my alcoholism on the head but TSM is really working a treat for me now, just as they said it would!

Thank you for all your advice and support. It's been a rocky year for me and it's good to have people like you supporting us folk who struggle sometimes.

Paddy54 and thanks for pointing out to me that it took you 13 months. March 3 will be my one year anniversary and as I said, although I am WAY BETTER I still have a ways to go. It means A LOT to me when I see folks post who took a long time like me to get where they want to be.
