I'm not sure if this is serious or not. But I'll answer regardless.

My wife and I struggled with getting pregnant for a year. it wasn't until we both went low carb and higher fat diet did we see success.

Basically This video explains it all. Both the woman AND the MAN needs to go low carb:

It's called the Low Carb High Fat Diet (Or Ketogenic in America).

Even Tim Ferriss's suggested that eating a diet for fertility = best diet for humans.
