Thank you so much. I have been feeling so defeated. Been at this for 10 months, did great at the beginning and then went up again. Just started taking 75mg now and am hopeful something will change. It is great to hear that people keep at it and eventually things get better. Thanks for posting.

Chrisb: Thank you for posting as I am just about at the 7 month mark and feeling discouraged. So it's post like yours that keep us going and will keep my faith that this will work no matter how long it takes I will stick with it.
Congrats on your new life without alcohol having a starring role in it!
