I'm not comfortable with the word "cured" but I'm not sure what else to call it. TSM has simply been amazing. I've been a binge drinker for 20 years, and a daily drinker for the past several years. I managed to quit for 1 year on my own once (11 years ago), but when right back to binging and worse. Besides that, the longest I'd gone without a drink is two weeks. It's now been 4 weeks, and I don't even really feel like I am trying.

Nal works for me. I'll keep it handy. My goal is to stay away form alcohol except for the very rare occasion. Not 100% abstinent, but for the most part, a non-drinker. I'm off to a good start.

Thank you to every who supported me on this board, and also to those who chronicled the good and bad, ups and downs. It REALLY helped to hear all your experiences - you helped me to prepare well! Good luck to all of you.
