try not to take Nal on a completely empty stomach - it seems to help if you've eaten something first, even if it's just a piece of toast or something

hang in there - the symptoms usually lessen after a few days

I ate a bunch of hummus before I took the Nal. I don't as a rule like snacking but I was starving anyway.
I will hang in there. I want this to work. I just hope the insomnia gets better before I go back to work. I thought about waiting till school lets out at the end of May, but I was so motivated to get started on this. At least I drank less (way less) last night.

i have trouble sleeping in general (regardless of Nal or other meds) but what I try to tell myself when I'm struggling is - no matter what, it's better to be tired at work than hungover at work.. always. :\

This thought really does help me when I'm frustrated about the sleeping situation (and thinking about polishing off a bottle of wine to lull myself to sleep :roll:)
