I'm having a hard time with depression and fatigue and trying not to get discouraged. One thing mentioned in the One Little Pill video is that some people found it helpful to increase the dosage by 25 or 50. Any advice on if/when to try that? My doctor is open to discussing that- I'm his only patient on TSM and he's very supportive. I am on anti-depressants and I've been hoping that I would notice them working better as I consume less alcohol.
