No coincidence: Playing, performing music and exercising are two of those activities (like sex) that releases endorphins. So....the Nal is probably inadvertently extinguishing your passion to play and perform, which might affect your ability to learn and compose....
I perform and compose music also...but have stayed away from it since starting the Nal....am just looking forward to the AF days in the future when I can resume. Focus on your RECOVERY...the sooner you get free of the drink, the sooner the rest of your life will get better---way better than since you starting the heavy drinking.
