its me guys again with a weird question.here goes i started tsm may 28 2012. since then i have lost EVERY raquet ball game from may28 till today. i have went from a A player to a b player. i realy suck now. NEXT. i play the bass(guitar) for 2 hours everynight night. i take nal a hour before i drink and then play my bass and drink and play till im done with my 10 beers.. for 3 month i been working on a song called YYZ witch is for advanced player but should not be a problem for me. it usualy would take me 3 weeks to get the speed and accuracy down to perfection.its been 3 month and i still cant get it down. ok here goes larries list. since i started tsm.loss of interst on inertent porn(im happy with that) loss of interst with my wife(i can live with that)sorry ladies. but my bass and raquetball that hurts. people on this forum is this just something in my head or could this possiably happen with tsm. i know all this is strange. if anyone has any input on all this i would gratly appreciate you comments. maybey i need to see a shrink.

Larry,

No coincidence: Playing, performing music and exercising are two of those activities (like sex) that releases endorphins. So....the Nal is probably inadvertently extinguishing your passion to play and perform, which might affect your ability to learn and compose....

I perform and compose music also...but have stayed away from it since starting the Nal....am just looking forward to the AF days in the future when I can resume. Focus on your RECOVERY...the sooner you get free of the drink, the sooner the rest of your life will get better---way better than since you starting the heavy drinking.

Hang in there. Good luck.

I am planning on starting TSM in a few weeks...when the nal arrives. Concerned..I recently started playing bass & am nowhere close to even trying YYZ, but I don't want to lose enjoyment of playing or impede the process. More importantly...sex...do NOT want to lose that desire/enjoyment...
