Hi all - I have been using the Sinclair Method for three months now. There have been moments when I feel like its working - rare nights when I have just one glass of wine, ordering a single drink when I am out with friends. But overall my consumption is still really high. I wonder if I am someone who doesn't respond to Naltrexone, I also notice I can often seem to "override" a general apathy about the drink itself and still end up drinking lots more than I intend, even if I am not as excited about the first drink. I think my drinking is really driven by habit as much as by a physical craving, or by an emotional need. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice from slow responders? I am feeling frustrated and to be honest getting worried that this just won't work for me.

I have been tracking my drinking, and trying to attach an image of the graph here but can't seem to figure out how to do that.
