Aaaannndd, now I'm having tremors in my right hand.

These are NOT withdrawal symptoms, I am drinking about the same amount I always do. Plus, I've never had withdrawal symptoms on any days I don't drink before.

I guess I am just wicked sensitive.

Are you taking the Nal under the guidance of a doctor or did you get it through the internet? If it is under a doctor I would talk to him/her about it - if it was from the internet, I would cut way back - buy a pill splitter and if necessary, cut it into 1/6 of a tab. OR you have to decide if you are just too sensitive to it .......the itching and rash are rare SE's but I could not find any reference to a tremor .....

definitely cut back if you aren't speaking to a doctor. it might be very temporary, but cutting back might help.

I am seeing a doctor and got my Rx from her. I called the office to speak with someone, but no one called me back (I think my doc is on vacation). I spoke with my therapist about it (I'm trying to do this the right way, with support etc.) and she suggested slowly upping my dose, like .25 every other day once symptoms fade.

I think I figured out what caused the tremor (I was doing some gardening that strained/wore out the one hand--hard to explain), and thankfully, the other symptoms HAVE faded. So I am trying .25 today and then alternate every other day a higher dose for a week and go from there.

I'm really happy the symptoms faded--it gives me hope that I can ease up my dose. I SO want this to work!
