I am very new to this program. I started take nal two weeks ago. I've already felt a dramatic decrease in the level of urgency and anxiety while drinking.
I've noticed several people on here speaking about nightmares and sleep abnormalities. I know that alcohol, or more to be more specific a lack of alcohol, can cause horrible night terrors and all sorts of sleep problems. I have tried cold turkey with ultimately bad results and these problems were exceptionally difficult.
