Hey Peaceseeker,
First of all, don't worry and second of all, really, really don't worry

! If you search this forum for blackouts you will find that you are not alone in the blackout arena. I personally know a TSMer who is close to being cured who blacked out on a regular basis, needless to say it freaked her out and she thought she was a lost cause, BUT she is now around the 26 week mark and feels the cure is close--she has low unit nights, nights she's not interested in alcohol etc.
So just hang in there: Naltrexone + Drinking + A healthy dose of Chill= Cure! Don't over think anything just take your pill an hour before you drink.
My theory on the whole blackout thing is that you are giving yourself permission to drink without guilt because it is TSM work, so you are bound to tip the scales, perhaps even blackout more for a bit!
I'm on week 22 and it has been a rollercoaster ride and as the weeks march on I feel more and more signs of being cured. And the last 3 days I've opted to chew my 50mg (a cured TSMer swears this was his turning point) and I have had 2 units or less. So maybe try and chew your pills? Of course, have some juice nearby because naltrexone is bitter!
Good luck and again, don't worry!
