How do I find a doctor in the Detroit Michaigan area that subscribes to TSM for alcohol treatment?

Here is a link to my post on the Sinclair Method Doctors thread. Suboxone docs MAY be familiar with naltrexone and be willing to prescribe it. On the link you will find a search link for suboxone docs in the Detroit area.
