John, for the most part, just go about you daily routine for the first few months of the Sinclair Method. It can only be a plus. You have done X while before on Naltrexone and than X-Y since using Naltrexone. You are of very little risk of unlearning something beneficial that outweighs the benefit of addiction reduction.
Also, the activities we are concerned about are not simply pleasuable affairs. What we are concerned about are those that release endorphins. Meditation, as calming as it may be, is probably not a major concern.
Continue TSM as published and meditate as before. You will do just fine.
