I am completely cured, thanks to TSM. To ever drink again without the pill would be unconscionable for me and pretty much out of the question.

But I have been toying with the idea of starting to use Phenibut recreationally. What is the research on this (if any) as to how it interferes or interacts with TSM? Seems to be scant info out there- I am interested in hearing anecdotal reports too.

I know that Dr. Eskapa categorically said that benzos can derail TSM so I haven't had a single Valium since starting TSM, or any other Benzo. I have used Ambien/Zolpidem from time to time however (strictly therapeutically/to fall asleep) and it hasn't had any noticeable effect on TSM.

I haven't heard of anything, aside from folks saying they can become dependent on phenibut (then you have to taper off it).
