I'm getting a naltrexon injection as soon as I'm released from the hospital. I drank myself all the way up to .40, so on my way down I experienced DT's. Hallucinations, tremors, not knowing where I was etc.
If there any extra risk in starting TSM so soon after such a large detox. And by starting soon I feel like same day as being released I'll drink again because I've never experienced cravings like this (to clarify .40 has happened before only 4 times and is not my typical drinking behavior)

Naltrexone injection as far as I understand isn't strict TSM.

If you are sober and can stay that way without I'd not recommend drinking for the sake of it. If you are going to drink anyway then nal only just 1 hour before drinking is recommended.
