I just got the book and it says to not do pleasurable stuff while taking this, although I haven't started it yet, but I exercise 4-5 days a week, bicycling or weights. I don't want to have to give this up when I do the TSM, but something I read in the book made it seem like I had to cut back. I hope I am just misunderstanding it. I saw the response for someone who meditates and obviously bicycling is different than that.

I have not noticed any less pleasure or lack of motivation in any other activities. For me the Nal prevents the “rush” alcohol gave me and that seems to be about it.

I re-took up serious exercise whilst starting TSM and it's not harmed me.

Take the nal, drink when you feel like it, don't when you don't and get on with life.
