I had my blood labs done this morning and am going to start taking Nal next week. My doctor was unfamiliar with it and we are both excited to see how it works for me. However, I have a very sensitive stomach and take acifex for acid reflux. Can I start with 12.5 mg and gradually increase?
If this works for me I will become your USA Claudia! My son is a physician and he is quite keen on the idea as well

I know it's a bit late to reply, but I also suffer from acid reflux and a sensitive stomach, and I was able to overcome the nausea by starting with 12.5 mg, and then increasing the dose by 12.5 mg after two days, until at the end of the first week I was taking the full 50 mg, and it was not a major problem.

Also, as a side note, don't be disheartened by lack of response from Dr. Eskapa or from other members on this forum. This is not a very active forum and sometimes threads fall between the cracks. Post a weekly progress thread in the weekly progress forum and you will get more input there.
