I just discovered the Sinclair System, I think it is an amazing system based on the information in the book, and the posts I have read here. I am not an every day drinker, maybe a couple of times a week. When I drink I drink Heavy, which most times leads to Binge drinking for me. My last episode was last week where I was on a rip for 4 straight days. Does anyone know if Naltrexone and the Sinclair System would be beneficial to a person like me? I need to control my alcohol intake, I would like to be able to drink like a normal human being. Any info would be Greatly appreciated. Thanks

Welcome Ltvillano!

I don't know how often Dr. Eskapa has time to respond to questions here, but I can say that many, many people have been helped by Nal who have had similar drinking patterns and worse. Keep reading, especially the Weekly Progress and Cured threads. Only you and perhaps an enlightened Dr. familiar with Naltrexone treatment according to TSM can decide if it's right for you.

Good luck, and keep reading and posting - you'll find many different experiences and much encouragement.

Take care.

Welcome and hi,

I was a binge-drinker very much like you and I experienced excellent success with TSM. So much so that I've decided to quit for good. Sure for a while, I could 'drink like a normal person' but I just lost interest in it, and can no longer see the point.

Now fully in control, alcohol no longer bothers me. Chose to go AF from 22nd July 2013.
TSM set me free
