PS I saw the post for a Dr Judi at Life Savers Recovery Center in NC, but her email was not valid and the center told me they do not use TSM.

It would be so much easier to get Naltrexone online, in my opinion. A doctor would add very little other than monitoring liver enzymes pre- and during treatment. 50mg a day is not enough to cause liver damage in healthy individuals. Anyway, don't want you to get too discouraged if you can't find a doctor to monitor TSM (generally, even if people have a doctor prescribe it, it's only prescribed as labeled, namely, once a day to prevent cravings).
