Does anyone have an email address for Dr Eskapa or Dr Sinclair?

Very much want to find a doctor in my home town (Singapore) who is TSM knowledgeable - perhaps either Eskapa or Sinclair has had contact in my country (Singapore) and can point me towards someone - most of the docs I've come across have no interest in referring someone to a non-12 step program!
