Dear Dr Eskapa,
I sometimes take zopiclone to help me sleep. Zopiclone is one of the Z drugs. My understanding is that, whilst the Z drugs are not strictly benzos, they have a similar effect on the brain. That being the case, should I aim to avoid zopiclone?
