Dr. Eskapa sent me an email last night...copying most of it here for all:

Hi Happy4Once

Apologies for the delay - I have been traveling.

Firstly, it would have been better to tell them at the hospital about the
naltrexone. There are medical ways of dealing with this.

The best thing to do would be to stop the naltrexone and drinking (most
people can do so at the levels you are taking) even for a short while. Then
use an opiate - only if absolutely necessary for pain. The other
'painkillers' not working on the opioid system are anti-inflamatories
(ibuprofen and others) and paracetamol-like medications... which may help
with collar bone fracture pain.

Best,

Dr Roy
