I am new to this as well and have been taking the nal for 1 week, not drinking for 2 weeks. I'm wondering if I should just start drinking even though I don't feel the need to. Maybe I'm experiencing the so called "honeymoon" period. I'm having fairly bad Side Effects though. I know that what I'm currently doing isn't TSM and supposedly counter-productive but just hoping for a reply from someone who has had similiar experiences.

I'm a newb so someone correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure the nal is only for drinking days. So if your not drinking I would say save the nal. If abstinence is what you want more power to ya but should you have a moment of weakness take the nal an hour before. In my family experience I've seen that periods of abstinence do a body good. I've had multiple family members hospitalized with liver failure and told they were going to die imminently, and after a few months drying out in a hospital they went on to drink for another 10yrs then repeated the process.
