A question came up about grapefruit and interaction with Nal. There are other meds one can not take with grapefruit, what do we know about this?

If concerned, do not eat grapefruit when taking naltrexone. I have not heard of any interactions here though you are correct there are some medications rendered ineffective or which interfere with absorption if consumed together with grapefruit. Take naltrexone with alcohol - that's the Sinclair Method in action.
