Hello,

I was wondering if there is any known dangers for taking naltrexone and topamax together. Thanks

I have not heard of any synergistic or negative effects with these combinations. The main contraindication for naltrexone is pregnancy (as with many drugs) and if you are an opiate addict currently using opiates (heroin) - this could precipitate withdrawal and should only be done under close specialist supervision.
