 Post subject: NYC friendly TSM doctor?

Hi, I'm hoping you might be able to recommend doctors in NYC who are TSM friendly. Dr. Stephen Gilman was the only doctor mentioned and I haven't been successful at getting in to see him.

I don't have a specific doctor, but this thread addresses the issue of getting a prescription. Psychiatrists are best.
