Dr. Eskapa, I am about to start TSM and am wondering about effect of naltrexone on exercise. I am a regular runner which is obviously an endorphin-reinforced activity and according to your book it is best to avoid positive behaviours reinforced by endorphins while on Nal. I want to keep running and the prospect of stopping for the weeks or months before I'll be able to have 2 days off nal is daunting. I am a 48 yr old every day 5-12 unit drinker with a job, family etc for context. I anticipate taking nal every day for awhile.

Would it be naive of me to think I could keep running with willpower knowing that in time reinforcement will resume? Intuitively That seems different to me than thinking one can easily stop drinking with will power (which I recognize for me is a pipe dream) but intuition is perhaps of little value in this area.

Today after the one month I had gone for the exercise and there were no dangerous exercise with the effects I have seen. If you will take any prohibited item for the exercise without the aussie essays then problem of the effects can be recognize in the daunting.
