Good deal.
So, you mentioned that when you drink you knock it back pretty quickly. That's a disadvantage as it's going to overpower the conscious part of your brain and you need that part to help you on your quest. If you were to slow that down to 4 hours, how would you do it?
One thing that I was able to do was to pour a drink, take a sip and then walk away from it. I'd get up to some little chore or activity for 15 mintues or so, then see if I wanted another sip. If I did, I'd go back and get a sip and repeat the process. I basically stopped keeping my drink by me, within reach or even within sight. If you think about it, when you quit drinking you're going to be doing something else, so also perhaps ponder what that would look like for you.
How long have you been taking the Celexa? Looking back, did you notice any difference in your drinking after that? More, less, no change?
