I knew I had a problem when I figured out I was spending close to $10,000 a year on alcohol (that was when I went sober the last time before TSM). It was funny how I justified spending that, for I never spent money on anything else...but looking back on it that would have been one heck of a vacation every year!

well tired of this . i m very interested to see how you are now in 2016 ? how is the protocol going for you now ?
I recently started and am very keen to listen to the long haulers .. the ones who did well and the ones who did not ..
