I am most interested to hear how the rest of you lab rats do. The theory here is that we are ONLY treating the initial endorphin rush, not the unmetabolized alcohol. Increased amounts of NAL do not seem to increase effectiveness but do extend the time period of coverage. If 12mg easily covers 4 hrs or so of INGESTING alcohol than I am more than well covered for my 2 beers with dinner. If I'm at an extended social deal with some danger of drinking (slowly and responsibly of course) for a longer time, i would definitely take a 12mg booster after say 3 hours to extend TIME coverage.

Again I am extremely grateful for this amazing tool. I think we may think of ourselves as early adopters and may learn how to best use the tool we've been given. I got most of my information and encouragement at this site. I would LOVE to hear from more successful experimenters like yourselves. I have to feel that the forum members who take NAL for a year and STILL drink massive amounts of booze are not getting it and just not making use of the tool. Or are just unable to control the other aspects of life addicted. Anyway, I imagine we're fixit people trying to fix our lives and lets DO IT and be proud.
