Upon reflection, I decided to delete my most recent video. I think it was counterproductive.

Why do you think it was counterproductive? Because it shows others how you act while drinking? I think that video would be extremely useful to juxtapose with a video taken in another 3 months. Besides, I saw nothing in that video that I would consider to be anti-social or risky behavior. In fact, it was quite benign, at least from my viewpoint.

However, it is your video and your prerogative what to do with it. If you felt it was counterproductive, then we'll of course defer to your judgment.

damn, I went to watch the vid, but you removed it. oh well, I've enjoyed your other vids and look forward to following your progress. I'm glad you're here and hope to get my uncle, who is hardcore like you into TSM. I don't know why he hasn't already. There's absolutely nothing to lose with this thing. I was so incredibly moved by your story, your blog, your paintings (amazingly beautiful!)...but alas, I had no audio on the uTubes & very anxious to try other ways to get to them. I will be looking as soon as I log off here.

I am soooooo HAPPY to hear your story. The miracles here continue to amaze and warm my heart. Makes me glad to be a part of this experience and so happy for the success of so many others and now you. Nothing short of amazing. Thank you for going public - and "God" bless (LOL - how can I say it to an atheist!) you and your struggles w/ anxiety and the other ills you deal with.

You are not alone and we are so glad you are here. I am rooting for you and hope you will be an active part of this community. You are clearly an intelligent, gifted, motivated human being who has had a very rocky past, to say the least. It is about time you found some peace and solace, and hope TSM is it for you. Sounds like it, and I am soooooo happy for you!

I'm so glad it's starting to work for you Ben. It will only get better. If someone who was as down as you were can turn things around with this method, and be brave enough to post it out there for the whole world to see, then that will be crucial for other people who are struggling.
