I first tried the English script. That pill was the worst experience of my life. It was extreme. I felt totally out of it. Very very very sick. I had to go to bed for 6 hours. I can't explain it. I can only say it was worse than any thing I had experienced before or since. I vomited numerous times and thought i might actually be dying. Never took acid only drank and took hash but felt like I imagined acid to be. Actually feel now it might have been a brain reset in some ways, as have not felt the same since about alcohol (in an alcohol aware good way). Read about Nal on here after thank goodness, as would not have done that again and ordered Nal from Allday chemist. Then took half for a week and was much better. I was an extremely fast responder less than 3 weeks with 1/2 a tab and then hardly drank for a year I was previously a binger 2 or 3 times a week. The reset lasted a year. Then I had a parent die and stopped taking Nal and drinking without it. Its slowly crept again. So Im back again. I know if works, hence I know I can use it but want to stop my self destructing personality abusing it by using it and stopping again.

Good to hear your back on the Bal! Keep telling us about your experiences. It's always good to have someone posting who's had success before.

Did you notice a big difference in the feeling of drinking on Nal, Yournalalone? Some do, some like me, not so much.

Keep checking in, it'll help!

Yes immediately. Alcohol does not have the same effect with Nal. I don't get silly drunk, I normally get drunk very easily. I'm sure I'm actually allergic to it. I get very red similar to Asian flush. When I drink I turn into a complete idiot and my voice gets higher. I don't drink every day and dont crave as such but I drink to relax as Im quite an anxious person. I don't often get drunk in social situations just at home. Nal works for me so well that its tempting not to use it if that makes sense so I can get the drunk feeling. So I now take a dose in the morning of a risk day such as Friday, just half, so I know I will take one an hour before I drink as a precaution. For days after I'm put off drinking again. I find half works equally well so not sure if I should stick with that. I need to find a different way to relax as my neck muscles actually ache all the time from stress and alcohol relieves that. Ive read about bacoflen on here but don't want to replace on addiction with another.

Yeah, if you're getting results with a half dose, you might try sticking with that. The studies were done with a full dose, but that doesn't mean that everyone needs 50mg, some actually need more. The trick would be timing it, as you don't want to be drinking 12 hours after the first dose without taking another.

Hopefully your doc can come up with something for your neck! Have you tried DMSO? CBD oil also springs to mind.

Let us know how it goes.

BTW, I don't think Baclofen is addictive (like benzos are), but you can't stop it suddenly.

Some pilates yoga might be helpful too, it's about balancing out how you use your muscles so you don't end up over-using one group and putting all the stress there.

Had 1/2 Nal tonight. Waited an hour. Had 2 vokda and oranges. Didn't fancy them after the nal really but drank them. Had no more alcohol in the house knew that before I started. Normally I would have been down the shop to buy more. Enjoyed them in a way but not wanting more is just amazing. Am going to try and stick with it. 1/2 is so much easier for me. I found the side effects put me off with 1 including terrible nalovers the next day even after 1 or 2.

its great to see the story of a quick responder since I am seeming to have responded extremely fast too after TSMing for only 4 weeks and I had 2 weeks AF. Also I have started on the English script, you are right that these are meds from hell, very difficult to deal with their SEs.
I am talking my first Naltrexon today and will try a "mindful' beer, I hope it works for me

I would like to tell you about my positive acquaintance with the Vibes CBD oil product through the site https://vibescbd.co.uk. Having entered the site, I was able to find all the necessary information for myself, which helped me with the choice of a drug. High-quality, natural drops made my life much calmer and happier, because I stopped being nervous about all sorts of little things.
